12A-Ceiling vents dripping non potable water on single service items & Lemon wedger/tomatoe slicer. 12-C Cloths used to wipe food contact surfaces out on counter tips, sanitizer water dirty with no sanitizer registering on test strips. 15-C Shelves, sides on equipment on cook line, shelves in coolers and freezers, light switch and nooks & crannies on equipment have grease and food residue. 17-A Womens room out of toilet paper and ceiling vent dripping onto floor. 17-B Accumulation of grease on lid and in front of grease container on parking lot. 17-C

The effective date of the new Food Service Rules and Regulations is February 15, 2006. Establishments permitted after February 15, 2006 will have 90 days to obtain certification for a food service manager. Enforcement of all other requirements begins on November 15, 2006.

  • National Certified Professional Food Manager website
  • The National Registry of Food Safety Professionals - 1-800-446-0257 website
  • Certified Food Protection Professional - 1-800-323-1908 website

The Hall County Environmental Health Department will be offering ServSafe classes on April 5th and 6th, 2006 (2-day attendance). Please call for more information and to register at (770) 531-3973. There is a limit of 40 persons. Future classes will be announced at a later date.
